I decided to download some books to my PDA on Sunday. I chose three 19th century American books on househood management, cookery and etiquette. Each had their charms.

Finally, everything was correct - the weather was beautiful, I was up and awake at the right time *and* I got myself together.

I went walking this morning. For the first time in...it feels like forever.

( But was probably about a month )
