You don't need to pay the money. The list where I found it (massfilc for those who recognize the name) figured it out.

Look at the multiples of nine.

Sneaky. With the first few times I tried it, I didn't notice that all the multiples of nine had the same symbol because the table changes each time, so there were always different symbols.
