Mazal Tov! Food safety is a big issue among the Orthodox - my wife basically stopped eating out on Yom Tovim because she would invariably get food poisoning. I wonder how many people think it is perfectly normal to have diarrhea on Sunday and Monday a couple of weekends a month?
Cholent is a MAJOR problem, in fact. You have to insure that your cholent pot NEVER goes below 140°F, and 160;°F is better. The same goes for ANY food left on the blech over night, but cholent is the biggest offender.
This wasn't on the exam, but it was certainly addressed in class.
