Oh, I hear you. But then, you should see the crap being said about Michelle Obama's speech... well, no, you shouldn't, it is sucky and depressing.
It's a familiar dilemma, written large: no matter how awesome one manages to be, there are some people who will blame one for not being supernal, especially if one must 'make up' for not being male and/or White. Ergh.
