mamadebI have a refrigerator filled with several trays and bowls of ganache. Plain, blackberry, Calvados, Sabra (orange-chocolate) and Coffee.
The coffee, especially, is to die for. (I don't like liqueurs, but Starbucks coffee liqueur is delicious.)
Tomorrow, they will become truffles.
