1 - Go to Wikipedia's "random article" link. The first random article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to Random quotations. The last four words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album. (I had to adjust for grammar)
3 - Go to flickr's "explore the last seven days". Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover. (I cropped mine to be proper album dimensions.)

I found that the random Wiki article did not work for tracks (note the first four just don't work) so I used the random quotes link - selected words or phrases from the last quote on the page.

There is another part to this. Go back to Wiki and do the random thing again for 15 or so times. The title of the articles are song titles on your album.

The band and the album title go together surprisingly well (especially with that picture). I feel like I should be ordering that on 8-Track.
