In the rice cooker: rice. Well, two kinds of rice plus lentils because could not find brown basmati otherwise. But still. Rice. And beans.

In the oven: chicken pieces coated with curry powder mixed with water and olive oil. Many spices (ie, seeds), including cumin, are considered kitniyot and therefore forbidden by us Ashkenazim. *sigh*

Still to come - mixed veggies. Corn. Lima beans. Green beans. Peas. (also, carrots.)

I also, finally, have bread, crackers and wasa bread. YAY!

So the only thing that isn't kitniyot is the chicken, which is really just a carrier for the kitniyot. If you had used tofu instead it could be the all-kitniyot dinner ;)

I've done that. Not this year for logistical reasons but my first homecooked meal after Pesach has been a tofu and green bean stir fry over rice.
