It's 11:24. My husband, in desperate need of sleep, is snoring away. I was watching a documentary on Gene Kelly - utterly fascinating, and that man could *move* - and he just went to sleep.

So, I'm on IRC with a shot of schnapps - we don't have any good wine open, and I don't want open a bottle just for me. And I'll ring in the new year that way.

And it's all good.
