mamadebI was waiting for a subway train this morning. It seemed to be taking a fair amount of time - the crowd in the station was getting large and restless.
So, I thought to myself, I shall summon the train. And I took out my knitting. *Immediately* - even before I had time to adjust the needles - I could hear the train coming around the bend.
Which is actually a bit surprising, because it meant I could just put it back in the bag with no inconvenience at all. I should have been able to knit three stitches. Huh.
Never mind.
