So.

I had some time this afternoon.

And everyone's watching it. And writing fic about it, and well, there it is on streaming video on the CW site.

So, you know. I thought I'd watch the latest episode of Supernatural. To see what it was like. To see why everyone was so into it.

Yeah. That was.

Are they all like that?

(On the other hand, the woman did seem older than early twenties, which is what she'd have to be with that name. Because no girl was named Madison until 1984. That was supposed to be a *joke* in that movie, not a *trend*.)

I've seen exactly one episode [with a scarecrow in an apple orchard, IMSC] and stopped at that. It was utterly inane and ridiculous. Not to mention my then-roommate being like obsessed with it

But, see, it's where astolat is writing these days. And so I do want some points of reference.

*nods* There are a number of people on my flist that are into the fandom, but I just can't find myself getting into it.

I'm giving the show "one more chance" as there is an upcoming episode that Teryl Rothery will be in. So I'll watch for her. Maybe it'll change my mind, but I doubt it...
