Embarrassed

Apparently, I wrote the story my recipient wanted - the comment I got last night from her was exactly what I wanted to hear. And I've gotten others.

I'm so sorry about that whole thing yesterday - I don't handle stress very well, and my low self-esteem kicks in at odd moments. I think I'll make that post private in a day or so.

I'm glad you got a nice comment. I got three on mine, which was maybe fewer than I'd hoped for considering the fandom, but the one from the recipient was lovely so I shall be more than content with that.

The thing is, it's difficult for me to imagine someone being unhappy with one of your stories, because even though you don't write smut, the emotional content of your stories is extremely satisfying, and you are a very sensual writer without being explicit.

I would imagine that were you to venture into writing more earthy stuff, the hotness of it would catch the paper on fire.

I have and do write explicit material - not always, and not when the story, like this particular one, doesn't call for it - but I've written a number of very "earthy" stories.
