Y'know - I'm trying to remember now.
I don't think we saw him earlier than when everyone walked in after the inaugeration. But Josh woke up next to Donna.

The only Sam was the briefing with President Santos after the swearing in ceremony. It was Josh, Sam and Bram.
The scene that got me was the packing up of the Oval office... clearing the desk, changing the accessories...

The show, I think was pretty spot on in relating how politics are done in the US. Thing is... I can't honestly see enough of John Q. Public voting for a Latino President...
