*Whew*
Meatballs are cooling.
Vegetables (onions, celery, mushrooms) for the farfel kugel are cooling. I'll mix them with the farfel and the egg, and put them in the fridge (if I can find room - oh, I'll take out a cannister of soup) until we start the seder.
Eggs are cooked, and judging from the one that broke, perfectly. One is roasting now.
Matzo balls are steaming.

Turkey is in the oven. Neck is wrapped in foil for z'roa.

Fruit salad (sans ginger, Deb) is in the fridge.

Still to do - mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus and preparing the pears for baking.

I'm resting for at least twenty minutes. Then I'll get back to work.

Brisket sliced. Tsimmes made. Green beans steamed. (My sister rocks.)

Matzah balls done! (And they worked!)

Potatoes boiling (because my family always uses a potato for karpas. Yes, I know they're not green. We think my nana, z"l, determined that little kids could more easily sit through the long first ten parts of the seder if they'd been fortified with something more substantial than parsley, first. *g*). Egg roasting.

Almost there... :-)

Hoping your seder is wonderful, and wishing you a sweet & kosher pesach!
