I'd say the truth was somewhere in between. Unless I became a BNF without knowing it.

Seems to me they have a very, ah, limited definition of "fan".

Huh, it claims I'm a lurker?? Because I'm supposedly either intimidated or in the closet? *boggle* I've always rather sucked at lurking, was never shy, and it's not like my family didn't know my website URL... (though I'm sort of glad that so far only my brother has commented on me drawing superhero slash fanart, not my dad,,,) That quiz is wonky.

I was a rising star, which man...I'm way too old in fandom, too bitter, etc. to be even marginally called a newbie! There should have been a question about whether or not you ran a fic list on Onelist! That would separate the newbies from the BOFQs!
