Food reportage. Turkey looks lovely. Sweet potato kugel looks lovely (I put pecan halves on top.) The stuffing in the crockpot? Tastes like stuffing - it helps that I found kosher low-sodium chicken broth. I tasted it before using it - and it tastes exactly like it should. And it's partially gelatinized, which is even better.

What brand has kosher low-sodium chicken broth? I want to know what to nag my market about. :)

I'll check when I get home. All I know is that it comes in a glass jar, and we buy it from a refrigerated case.

It's not as good as homemade, but it's 1000% better than Manishewitz salt solution.

It's called Mauzone, if that helps.

Thanks -- I'll have to check the refrigerated cases here, since I tend to look for broth with the shelf-stable products.
