No phones

I'm sitting here in the office, in a business that's highly dependent on telephonic communication, and there is no dial tone, and incoming calls do not get through.

We have a third party phone provider, and they will, we hope, be here tomorrow. We also have a cable modem with a different provider, so that's not a problem.

And there are cellphones.

But no office phones, no voice mail - it's weird.

I had that happen to me last week. I work for a telecom, and we had no internet all morning. I couldn't do about 90% of my work because of it.
