One unit (husband and wife.) They were buying a co-op and needed multiple signatures notarized. $2/signature. They came in off the the street, having tried four other places, as opposed to being customers of this agency. Customers of this agency get notarized for free - the owners of the agency purchased my stamp.

It depends on your state. In NY, you pay a fee and take an absurdly easy test. I think in Massachusetts, you get a lawyer's signature.
