Stove guy is here.

He's going to replace the hose. He's also going to replace the starter.

You know what killed the starter?

Oven cleaner. Apparently, you can't use oven cleaner in the new stoves. You have to use elbow grease.

And, yeah, that includes the No-Fumes stuff I use.

Ack. Maybe we'll just line it next Pesach.

Ask him if you can use no-fume oven cleaner in electric stoves!

He said that was fine. It's the starter that's the problem.

Also leaving it on for Shabbat and cooking at high temps.

I'm buying an electric warming tray. Cheaper than a new starter.
