I think I caught what jonbaker has. I'm slightly dizzy, sweaty and my stomach is both hungry and unhappy.

He's working from home. I'm at work. There's no one here.

Maybe I'll feel better after lunch. Except for, you know. The chills.

If I were you I'd be thinking of calling around and getting someone there? I did that at work once when I just had to; in fact a rabbi volunteered to drive me home in the end, since I had taken the bus.
