Ths is a serious brag.

I am currently wearing a new size 20 skirt. The waistband has no elastic in it at all. There is room for my fingers without any effort on my part. And I'm wearing the blouse tucked in and the belt tied.

I don't remember the last time I tucked a blouse in. Or wore a belt other than for pakua.

I knew *that*. I'm overwhelmed at the response here. :)

I don't think I've lost actual poundage. I think I've lost size because my calories and carbs are going to feed muscle instead of fat. I am absolutely more muscular.
