mamadeb"Post-viral fatique." Can last any length of time, and I should drink water to rehydrate. My lungs are clear, my sinuses are clear, my throat is slightly inflamed. My temperature is normal for me. Blood test for infection, but at this point, no need for antibiotics.
In other news, I now weigh 198 pounds, which is eight pounds down from November, my last weighing and the lowest I've weighed in years. Given that I'm more muscular, I'm pretty happy. My blood pressure is 130/90, which is the best it's been in a long time. She gave me A1C and triglyceride tests.
I'm tired from the trip, and my husband is currently shopping for Shabbat necessities.
