I've been tossed out of stories for all sorts of things, from bad fundamentals to overuse of tropes (I want to ban the word "lemon" from any and all SGA stories *unless* it has a bearing on the plot. And I managed to write entire series of Sentinel stories without once mentioning eye-color, or even the word "Guide.")

This time, I was tossed out because of *formatting*. The sans serif font was perfectly fine, as was the dark brown text on white. Neither would have been my choices, but they were perfectly readable.

Why, oh, why did she center the text?
