Jun. 30th, 2005 10:40 amWhat do you do when your current work-in-progress is due to be jossed in just over two weeks and there's no way you'll be finished before then?
Do I not worry that the story takes place in an entirely alternate 6th Year and post when it's done? Or do I post what I have on July 15th, allow it to be completely contradicted the next day and then finish it anyway? I do want to finish it. It's starting to grow an interesting plot over and above the gimmick and I like what the characters are doing. But it takes place 6th year and I can tell you right now that it will be impossible to re-edit to fit book 6.
So, which would be better? Wait until it's finished anyway? Or post what I will have on July 15th just to get it out there?
