So. I go away on vacation. And while I'm on vacation, green sweaters sprout *everywhere*, and I miss an entire and rather amusing kerfuffle.

Darn.

And I repeat. Darn. Those can be fun from the sidelines.

And I miss mommybird's lovely meta discussion about meta because, well, it's been three days. And three days on LJ is a lifetime.

But. I don't care. I don't care because I have *books*. And a microplane. And a new casserole just in time for the holidays. And books.

I'll do a longer report on my trip to the inlaws later, but I'm home now, and I have many, many books.

Microplanes are fabulous. Are you keeping yours pareve? 'Cause they work really nicely on chocolate. :)

I'm keeping it pareve, but the diabetes thing means I'm not cooking much chocolate. Like, say. None.

Not that I ever did - not much of a dessert person.

Ah, I have similar problems, but I like chocolate too much, so I found a version sweetened with Splenda.
