MRI results

No rotator cuff tears. Nothing but a little inflammation.

I got a shot of cortisone, a prescription for more physical therapy and instructions to not do things over my head.

This is good new. I just wish it would go *away*.

Acupuncture? It works on my lower back and/or neck when they're messed up. Ask you doc, s/he might even be able to refer you to one that can bill your health insurance.

Glad you don't have a rotator cuff tear. That's always sounded like a nasty kind of thing to have.
