Day 19Chef M was off today, so we mostly did prep. In fact, all I did today was chop onions and peppers – many of both. A made potato salad as well, and Potwasher M made the yucca fries.
I left before 1PM. (Oh, and I had to stand all the way to Manhattan on the express bus. Ah, well.)
