See if you can borrow a monitor (which will at least tell you if it was the monitor or the graphics card). If it was the monitor, you might be able to get a monitor locally right away, and order the new computer sans monitor.
Buy a pre-made computer from CompUSA or equivalent -- but while it gets you back to normal quickly, it's probably not what you want in the long term.
