I was so surprised that the test was sooo much easier than I thought it was going to be. But I'm still really curious about which one of the questions it was that the chef said that almost everyone got wrong.
Oh, and I cheated with my omelet. I was nervous about flipping it (because I just knew that it was probably going to wind up all over the stove or floor), so I just used the spatula to turn it over... and get it out onto the plate.
But good job on the practical! Your omelet presentation looked very nice.
