I cannot wrap my head around tonight being a yom tov. I think it's because I'm at work right now.

All I need to do is buy my salmon on the way home (kosher fish store, owned by non-Jews. Open late today.) and take a shower and set the lights and program the vcr to tape American Idol and House and American Idol. Plenty of time for all of that.

But I can't wrap my brain around this at all.

Yep, the season finale for House is next week. But no House tonight, just Idol.

The On The Lot thing is the one with Speilberg about directors doing small films to get a contract with a studio. THere is one New York director invovled.

Me neither. I was caught utterly flat-footed by this one. Shavuot is May just seems really weird to me despite the fact that I know it's happened before. So to make up for it, I'm going way overboard on dairy desserts.
