Heroes - comic references

I'm enjoying the little comics references scattered here and there - not just the pile o'classic Marvels Candice bought Micah, or even the references to wearing one's underwear outside one's pants.

Other bits - we all saw Stan Lee, of course, but there's also Kirby Plaza. There is no Kirby Plaza that I'm aware of in NYC, so it must be in honor of Jack Kirby, one of the great writers and artists. And then there was the Japanese story - another tradition, different than our own, but equally important, and leading to manga. There was also a long running British comic called "Hotspur", which I originally thought was a reference to a Harvey comic, bu the Little Devil was "Hotstuff."

And the sword guy's name was Claremont which I thought to be a shoutout to X-Men writer Chris Claremont. Also one of the FBI agents who was bugging Nathan for his meeting with Linderman was named Quesada who is the Editor-In-Chief
