Responsible Monogamy?
What exactly does this mean?
What would irresponsible monogamy be?
Is there any other kind of monogamy?

I would think that you could do irresponsible monogamy in all sorts of ways, ranging from adultery, serial monogamy of the heartbreaking sort (as in ruthlessly tossing person A aside because person B is much more bright and shiny, or deliberately breaking up the relationship between C and D because you want D, etc.) through flirting/teasing and then backing off with, "How dare you! I'm married!"

A lot of the irresponsible behaviors are pretty much the same for monogamy and polyamory, at least at the core of not treating other people as human, not respecting self and others, and the like.
