Three days.

Three lovely, quiet, peaceful days topped by two wonderful seders.

I'll write more about them later.

But - there's no way I'm going to be able to catch up on you guys. Even if I am going to give it a good shot.

If something really good or important happened, comment? Please?

It's a long story, so just go here. (http://www.livejournal.com/users/sekhmets_song/53340.html) It falls under my idea of important, with your impending possibility of motherhood: Promise me that you will never sing the Poopy Song.
(Glad you had a pleasant holiday.)

Nothing interesting

Except that I got myself an imaginary life. It's like a fantasy life, except PG-rated.

You know. I like to think that I'd never do that, at least around other people. (Okay, I like to think I'd discuss weighty issues with the baby becuase there's nothing cuter than that anyway) but I have no idea what motherhood will do to my IQ. So, no promises, but a deep and heartfelt *hope*. :)

Here's hoping it upgrades to fantasy. :)

:-) Oh no, I already have a fantasy life but the imaginary one is quite a lot of fun as well.

I did ask a halacha question in the entry I just posted.

I could definitely see you discussing world politics with a two month old. And I think that a far better use of time than to have lengthy discussions about fecal matter with your child.
How is the adoption process going, by the way?

The counselor is religious, so we're waiting until after Pesach to make a second appointment.

Then we shall see.
