At least, he lives as of 6PM EST last night, which is when he left a long, rambling message that assumed we weren't moving (which we are) and that there was nothing operational wrong with the building.

Giggle *snort*

We don't know where he is (Mom says Hong Kong) and he didn't leave a number.

He's going to have a NASTY surprise in a couple of weeks.

Nah. That was, in effect, what his previous residential tenants did.

But just coming home to non-existant plumbing and heat will be less than pleasant.

Not to mention the no rent from the agency.
