Just got back from a friend's birthday party (waves to Zev M, who lurks here.) I was a little early, and I needed new winter boots because my old ones are, well, old. I bought them eight-nine years ago. The zippers don't stay up and they leak. So I now have a new pair - butter soft leather, fake fur trim and nice, deep tread. And water proof. I'm happy. They're very comfortable.
