DH tracking
Jul. 20th, 2007 01:05 pmI'm not. You know why I'm not? Because there's nothing to track. It's been delivered to what I assume are FedEx's headquarters in Brooklyn, and it's sitting. And I will know no more about it until I get it sometime tomorrow.
I expect to get it early in the morning, but if I don't, I'll probably just go to synagogue, and then to lunch with friends on our block. Even if I do get it, and so skip shul, I will put it down around 11:30 or so and go on to our friends'.
What's cute is that the kids next door are already bugging me to tell them who dies. If they could, they'd go to a midnight party. So would I. Ah, well.
I do understand why they're doing it this way - honestly, Friday night is, for the vast, vast majority of people, the best night for this.
But it doesn't mean I don't feel a tad left out.
