It's very bright and shiny.
It's not completely done, but will be tomorrow - I need to take out the plates and cooking utensils and cover some chometz dishes and find a place for the dairy dishdrainer. Then I clear off the dining room table, put on the table pads, a tablecloth and a plastic tablecloth. And that would be it. I have some odd bits of chometz to clear out of other rooms, but basically, I'm done. I owe a lot of thanks to my cleaning person. As an added benefit, she asked if she could have any of my chometz I wasn't going to sell. I let her have her choice. This means far less waste this year.
Dinner was pesadich - trout, broccoli and sweet potatoes, made very late indeed.
Shabbos will be pesadich, except for the challah rolls. Breakfast will be egg matzo and cheese, except for Monday. And then we don't eat the egg matzo again until after Pesach.
This is one major reason why I'm not in Boston this weekend.
