The fish are coated in salsa and sitting in the oven. The rice is in the rice cooker. The second batch of noodles is done.
I still have to shop; still have to roast the veggies and make the pilaf.
I still have to see Serenity.
Also, lunch would probably be a good thing, but I *do* have coffee.

Cooking update
Oct. 2nd, 2005 02:59 pmThe fish is done. (Take frozen gefilte fish log. Remove wrappings. Place in loaf pan. Cover with salsa. Bake.) and cooling.
There is now a rice cooker full of brown basmati rice.
There is a saute pan full of onions and mushrooms, plus a bowl of toasted almonds.
There are two pans of peppers, onions, eggplant and portobello mushrooms, all tossed with olive oil, in the oven.
In forty minutes, we leave to see Serenity.
