Two pots of noodles down. Need to start the rice for the pilaf.

Need mushrooms and almonds for the pilaf.

Need to put the fish in the oven. That's easy.

Need to buy baked goods and veggies to roast, plus peppers to stuff.

And dessert plates.

Okay. Much calmer now.

The fish are coated in salsa and sitting in the oven. The rice is in the rice cooker. The second batch of noodles is done.

I still have to shop; still have to roast the veggies and make the pilaf.

I still have to see Serenity.

Also, lunch would probably be a good thing, but I *do* have coffee.

The fish is done. (Take frozen gefilte fish log. Remove wrappings. Place in loaf pan. Cover with salsa. Bake.) and cooling.

There is now a rice cooker full of brown basmati rice.

There is a saute pan full of onions and mushrooms, plus a bowl of toasted almonds.

There are two pans of peppers, onions, eggplant and portobello mushrooms, all tossed with olive oil, in the oven.

In forty minutes, we leave to see Serenity.
