Back among the living
Jan. 30th, 2004 12:52 pmMore or less.
Wednesday night, I knew I was getting sick. My nose was basically a faucet. I felt bad enough that after I stocked up on lotion tissues and ricolas, I took a cab home. And my husband made dinner - fortunately, it was planned, I had all the makings in the house and he did a very good job.
And I woke up too sick for pakua Thursday. In fact, as the day went on, I felt more and more miserable - I could barely face drinking water. This would eventually save things.
( Cut for TMI re:sickness )
Meanwhile, Wonderful Husband brought home dinner last night, including egg drop soup. I wasn't able to eat anything last night, but I just had the soup for lunch. So far, so good. And my nose is feeling better. Shabbat dinner and lunch aren't going to be gourmet masterpieces, but they will be fine. And Wonderful Husband also brought home challah, so I don't have to buy anything. I love my Wonderful Husband. :)
