Jan. 13th, 2003 07:48 pmI came home tonight to the smell of split pea soup. I cut up the veggies last night. This morning I dumped them and the peas and the barley and the beef neckbones into the crockpot. I set it on low.
It's like not cooking at all. I came home tired and someone else made dinner!
I'm going to have to do this again.
Now if only my husband would come home. Except he's feeling guilty because he broke one of my meat casserole dishes and he has to replace it. Because I need it. I use my meat casserole dishes for too many things to be down to only the oval one. But I'm not angry at him for doing so - these things happen.
