my visit to the doctor

My numbers are good. My weight is down by six pounds because glucophage prevents the metabolism of sugar and because it reduces my appetite; my blood pressure is quite dramatically down from 150/100 to 130/90, and it turns out that even before the meds, my A1C levels were 6.7, which is the goal all controlled diabetics are after. This is all good.

Jonathan wants more definitive stuff, but. I'm happy.
