Sep. 26th, 2003 05:01 pmThe turkey is beautiful. It's mahagony and lovely and sitting on a cutting board. I have a pot full of degreased juices, which my husband calls gravy.
The kugel, which I've never made before, looks lovely.
My husband is mopping the kitchen floor.
To do:
Basic pre-Shabbat prep plus extra because we have guests. Plus lighting long burning candle so can cook on Yom Tov.
But first.
To those celebrating,
May you be inscribed for a good year.
For those not:
May the next twelve months better that the ones before.
And if I have offended anyone, whether I know it or not, I ask your forgiveness.
