We've packed, mostly - everything but pills and toiletries. The perishable food is in the fridge,waiting to be put in the coolers; the non-perishables are in the rental car (a Taurus this time, which is cool because I get to test drive it. Tauri are high on our list of possible car purchases.) Jonathan's picked out tapes and CDs and we have a portable CD player because the car only has a tape player. We have both music (filk, of course) and Torah tapes. Since this is the Three Weeks leading up to Tisha B'Av, it behooves us to hear that Also - kinda makes the trip better.

I need to pick out reading material.

We should be on the road fairly early tomorrow, with a brief stop for breakfast and to purchase sandwiches for lunch while we're still in Kosherland. I've also printed out my HP filk, and hope to sing it. Which would mean my first ever *singing* at a filk sing. Fortunately, there isn't much of a tune.

Anyway, be back Tuesday most likely.
