Appointment at my internist for next Thursday morning. Time for weighing and A1C check.

I *think* I'm still losing weight. I weighed myself at my inlaws - they have a balance-type scale - after Thanksgiving dinner. I was fully dressed and I had my waist pouch containing a cellphone and a Tungsten C pda (which is fairly heavy) and the scale said 188. I figure I could safely take off five pounds for clothing, electronics and dinner, and that's--- 20 pounds down. Which makes no sense. My measurements having changed appreciably, and I'm still wearing the same skirts and such. So, we shall see.

I am keeping my blood sugar more or less around 110 or so - often less.
